Partial Planning

We will plan these projects in detail for you, while you concentrate on, and organize the things you enjoy planning most.

This service ranges from one to two projects, i.e. stationary and entertainment (or however many projects you need help with).

These individual projects will be quoted for upon query.

This is a great option for the couple who enjoys planning their own wedding, but would like some professional help.

Coordination

Full event coordination

Your Nixi planner will be with you from day one, coordinating and seeing to all projects, managing timelines and deadlines for you. 

Your planner will be the contact you deal with from the start, you wont have to deal with all the different "suppliers" who will be involved in creating this wonderful event for you.

On the day coordination
Your planner will be managing your wedding day for you, making sure your guests are happy at all times, following your timeline, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

 You will be able to choose how long you want the planner there for, from start of event to finish or just a few hours until all the formalities are done.

We want to assist all our clients and their individual needs as best we can, that is why our  services are very flexible.

We have a very big database of suppliers of anything you could possibly need, and if we do not have it, we will find it for you.

We want to make it as simple as possible for you.  Nixi Events will supply you with suppliers and their contact details within reasonable time.

Design         

If you have an idea for your event but dont know how to put it together, we will help you hitting all the right notes, creating an event that will leave all your guests talking about it for months after it has passed.

Your Nixi planner will come up with ideas if you need some inspiration, we make use of inspiration and vision boards, this gives you the opportunity to get the feel for the chosen theme, ensuring you are completely satisfied with what we are goin to be working on for your event. 

We, here at Nixi, make use of floor planning programs.  This allows you to see the layout of your event before physically moving things around in your venue.

Invitations     

If you would like us to come up with ideas for your invitations, it will be a total pleasure.  One of our planners will meet with you to discuss your idea, and will get back to you with a quote in good time.  Your planner will also bring a few designs on the day of discussion.  We want you to be 110% happy with your invitations from the begining.
